1. COMPLETE ALL SITE WORK CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING: BICYCLE PARKING, COVERED PARKING, SIDEWALKS, HANDICAP PARKING AND HANDICAP RAMPS.
2. PROVIDE AS-BUILT/REVISED GRADING AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS TO THE CITY OF TUCSON DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ENGINEERING AND ZONING DIVISIONS FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. THESE PLANS MUST BE C.O.T. APPROVED AND AVAILABLE FOR A FOLLOW-UP RE-INSPECTION AND REFLECT ALL CHANGES TO THE PLANS.
3. PROVIDE SOIL STABILIZATION ON ALL UN-BUILT LOTS #9-14, 32-37, 48 AND 49. 18/58 = 31% OF THE LOTS ARE UN-BUILT AND REQUIRE STABILIZATION (SEE SOIL STABILIZATION DOCUMENT ATTACHED TO INSPECTION REPORT) . PRIOR TO SOIL STABILIZATION PLEASE SEE GRADING NOTE #15.
4. PROVIDE 18' OF PARKING AND 24' OF PAAL BETWEEN LOTS 55 AND 56. THE SITE WALL ENCROACHES ON THE 2.5' OF VEHICLE OVERHANG ON THE WEST SIDE OF PARKING AREA.
5. PROVIDE AN ARIZONA REGISTERED P.E. LETTER OF CERTIFICATION THAT CERTIFIES THAT THE PROJECT IS CONSTRUCTED TO THE C.O.T. APPROVED REVISED/AS-BUILT PLAN.
