21- Have engineer address existing flow from west 54 cfs. Sheet 3 of 5.
22- Have engineer address ponding west side of project.
23- Maintain 20' alley on south and east side of project.
24- Install basin over flow per detail on sheet 2 of 5. (exit detail)
25- Address slope protection north of over flow.
