2- Install controls on southside of project.
3- Stormwater controls on northwest side starting to come apart.
4- If contractor continues to use eastside of project as an entrance a construction entrance will need to be installed.

I met with Mike Gardner on site in regards to these issues. Mike was given a copy of the correction request and told me he would have the SWPPP on site by Wednesday 8-17-05. The other items would be taken care of tomorrow 8-16-05.
Contractor will need to schedule re-inspection when items are addressed.
