I talked to acting site super "Puncho" in regards to SWPPP being on site. I explained to Puncho that it is a requirement of the grading permit that the SWPPP be on site. On 8-9-05, I talked to Puncho about the requirements of the grading permit. Puncho told me he would have a copy of the SWPPP here Thursday 8-11-05. Puncho told me today that I needed to call Terry Spur project manager about this. I called Terry and he told me his company had nothing to do with stormwater controls. I explained to Terry that does not matter, his company is doing the grading for this project and the SWPPP is a requirement of the grading permit. Terry said he would try and get a copy out there and referred to to Mike Gardner with Sierra Pacific Homes. Mike did not answer his phone so I left a message with the same info about the grading permit. I told Puncho if the SWPPP is not on site by Wednesday 8-17-05 I would issue a Stop Work Order for not compling with the requirements of the permit.
