04/16/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with Bill on site went over assurance punch list. Contractor has addressed field items on assurances punch list. Still needs to provide all doc's from engineer.
Assurance Punch List
1) Basins (General):
**) Finish all basin ramps per approved grading plan.
b) Assure all basin side slopes are regraded to match approved slope grades, or provide railing around basins.
**) Remove any remaining stockpiles in any basins.

2) Basin 1
**) Reset bleed pipe slope, or provide as-built detail for pipe inlet with drainage statement.
**) Bleed pipe is bent; fix pipe.

3) Basin 2
**) Repair bent bleeder pipe.

4) Basin 4
a) Provide as-built elevations for inverts for inlets/outlets for inflow and outflow pipes for this basin.

5) Basin 5
**) Repair bleeder pipe.
b) Complete rip rap around end of bleeder pipe.
c) Install removable bollards for access to ramp into basin.

6) Basin 6
a) Provide as-built elevations for inverts for inlet/outlet for the inflow pipes.

7) East Channel
**) At north end of East Channel, assure positive drainage to Rodeo.

8) West Channel
**) Install sediment markers.
b) EOR needs to clarify/provide elevation depth dimension for toedown depths for bank protection.
c) Inspections for the toedown will be required at various locations along the channel per the inspector for verification.
d) Provide detail for erosion protection at the south end of the channel where cut begins.

9) Gabions
**) Tie in existing shotcrete at Rodeo to gabion structure transition from west channel to Rodeo.

10) Completion Items
a) All basins will require perc tests to meet minimum City drain down time; submit results to DSD after finishing construction of basins.
b) After basins items are completed, submit letters stating that the basins function per the accepted drainage report and percolates within the City of Tucson's requirements and the drainage report.
c) Call in inspection request for the box culvert permit, so that it may be finaled.

03/29/2007 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Re-shot side slope for area over discharge at basin #4 (large basin). The slope was a 1 to 1'8". Contractor will need to stabilize per the approved plan (grouted rip rap).
03/26/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval MEETING WITH BILL REYNOLDS TO CHECK CONSTRUCTION OF SEDIMENT MARKERS AND RELEASE FOR LOTS 333, 409, AND 471.
SEDIMENT MARKERS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING CONSTRUCTED.
THE ABOVE LISTED LOTS ARE COMPLETE AND MAY BE RELEASED WHEN THE ORIGINAL PERMIT CONDITIONS REGARDING THE SEDIMENT INDICATORS ARE COMPLETE.
03/21/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met on site with Bill Reynolds (D.R.Horton) and Curt (Az under ground) went over punch list. Contractor provided revised drawings. Revised drawings only address work a long Tucson Blvd.

03/05/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contacted Danny site super, in regards to calling in final grading. The project is near being built out.
11/20/2006 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Met on site with Bill from D.R. Horton. Went over slope bank stabilization that is called out on the approved plans.
11/15/2006 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Spoke to Russ and Danny with D.R. Horton, in regards to slope stabilzation around Cable TV boxes (stabilization needs to continue to top of slope) and protection on slopes in rear yards. Set up meeting onsite with Danny for Friday at 10:00 AM.
AZ Underground started building storm Box for basin #5.
04/19/2006 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Issued Correction Notice to AZ Underground in regards to Bleeder pipes in basins. Ernest Moreno would not sign for Correction Notice.
04/04/2006 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contacted Ernest Moreno site super in regards to bleeder pipes in basins on north side of project (3). I informed Ernest that the bleeders were not installed per the approved drawing and would not be accepted. Ernest said he would contact Rick Engineering about this issue.
03/30/2006 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor installed bleeder pipes for basins 1, 2, and 4. The bleeder pipes are approx. 8 inches below the grade of the basin bottom. The approved drawings call for the bleeder pipes to be approx. .3 tenths higher then basin bottom. Ernie site super with AZ underground said they planed on rotating the orifice opening to the top of the pipe to make up the difference.
