THESE PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN THE FLOODPLAIN. THE HIGH WATER WAS CAUSED BY A 1.2" RAINFALL. SOME DISCHARGE FROM WALL FOUNDATION WEEP HOLES ON THE SOUTH PERIMETER OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE MAY HAVE HAD SOME INFLUENCE ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY. AREAS DRAINS AND AND 8" STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM ON THE SOUTH PERIMETER OF THIS SITE CONVEYED MOST OF THE STORMWATER TO THE WEST PERIMETER.
THE SITE SUPERINTENDENT WAS GIVEN THE FOLLOWING PUNCHLIST.
1. REPAIR OR REPLACE SEDIMENT AND EROSION CONTROLS ON THE WEST PERIMETER.
2. CLEAN-UP SEDIMENT AND SILT THAT ESCAPED THE SITE DURING YESTERDAYS 1.2" RAINFALL.
3. SWEEP THE STREET AS NEEDED ON THE EAST PERIMETER UNTIL THE PAVEMENT IS INSTALLED.
4. PROVIDE POSITIVE DRAINAGE FROM EAST TO WEST ON THE SOUTHERN PERIMETER, TO ACCOMODATE WALL FOUNDATION DRAINAGE.
5. RE-ESTABLISH THE RETENTION/DETENTION BASIN.
