Clean up all concrete debris in ROW between Sidewalk and Road. Install all low voltage lighting (keynote #31) at ends of arbor walks. Basin #4- Southwest corner removable post barricade has been cemented, broken ramp wing. Southeast corner sidewalk is 3'3"(ADA compliance as well as COT Standard), broken ramp wing. I am unable to verify filter fabric under scupper splash pads. Clean out silt and debris from scuppers. All improvements to basin (basketball court, walking paths, additional drainage pipes) not shown on grading plans. I am in the process of verifying with COT reviewer how this is to be handled. Basin #3- build weir to plan, install 6" low flow pipe to off site drainage per plan, grade basin to drain (build to plan elevations). Channel #3- build to plan, match side slopes and depth. Complete all site stabilization. Once all stabilization (and construction) has been completed all SWPPP Controls need to be removed. 24" RCP at north end of Swaying Palms Dr needs to be cleaned (silt removed) and silting at splash pad needs to be addressed. |
