09/15/2005 | GRADING - FINAL | Denied | I had a meeting on site with Triumph Builders to discuss what item on the grading plan had to be completed prior to the Circuit City store opening. I told them that all the parking lot pavement and stripping had to be done the HC ramps plus all sidewalks in front of the store and connection to Wetmore, both entrances off of wetmore and the service road behind the building needed to be complete. All curbing associated with the asphalt complete, and the internal drive to Limberlost complete. The stormdrains flushed and cleaned. Any contruction activities on the neighboring buildings needed to be protected with a fence. They said they would have all this complete by 9/30 so they can get a temp C of O by 10/3. |
