1- Mason and stucco wash out.
2- Tow down on basin inlet. (erosion on under curb)

03/09/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Spoke to Punch on site. On west side of project contractor installed entrance onto 12th. St. blocking drainage coming from the south. Need to talk to City Engineer.
02/17/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval SPOKE TO SUPER IN REGARDS TO CLEANING UP CONCRETE WASH OUT ON SOUTHSIDE PROJECT.
02/06/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor installed waddle on southwest corner and moved rock to new entrance. Also made repairs to stormwater controls.
01/23/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1. Install construction entrance at new gate. (50x30)
2. Repair silt fence around site.
3. Install waddle from southwest corner approx. 150' east to electric box.
4. Repair waddle northwest corner.
