06/26/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor completed installing rip rap around basins and drainage channel. Spoke to Travis in regards to stabilizing site. I explained to Travis that SPH needs to get approvals from Elizabeth before completing work. Anything completed with out approvals is at risk of being removed.
06/12/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor continues to install rip rap in basins. Spoke to Chuck and told they need to stop stock piling material in basin.

2- Supply letter from engineer in regards to drainage, detention basins, per Chapter XIV, Section 14.2(7).
3- Install removable barricade basin #1, per sheet 3, note 9, also sheet 13, detail 22.
4- Remove silt from bottom grade to smooth uniform finish in basin #1.
5- Install toe down to stop erosion backside of scupper, basin #1.
