I explained to Travis that SPH needs to get approvals from Elizabeth before completing work. Anything completed with out approvals is at risk of being removed.
06/12/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor continues to install rip rap in basins. Spoke to Chuck and told they need to stop stock piling material in basin.
