09/21/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Paint spilled in street. front of 4842, 4848 Valleland Dr. Spill ran down curb line to basin and scupper protection was removed. Paint ran into basin. Issued Correction Notice. Contractor has 2 days to clean up paint. If not cleaned will issue a Stop Work Order or a Notice of Violation. Spoke to site super and Jeff Kurtin.
08/31/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Issued Correction Notice. Contrator has 2 days to:
1- Clean drywall and stucco wash out from street and lots 101, 102 and 66. (wash out in street)
2- Clean concrte wash out area. (subs not washing out in pit, pit full)
3- Clean wash out middle of street, end of Valladolin Dr.
If contractor doesn't address a Stop Work Order or a Notice of Violation will be issued.
08/15/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to; Clean wash out into street front of lots 103, 104, 105 and 79. Keep all streets clean.
08/08/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Basin on northwest corner holding water for 24 hours. Receive complaint from Betty Cullen 889-7251. I contacted Jeff with SPH in regards to basin. Jeff said he knows of the problem will get the basin pumped out.

2- If contractor continues to wash streets down, contractor needs to to clean all silt off of streets and out of inlet.

05/08/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to address:
1- Clean wash out in front of lot 89. (Drywall)
2- Clean wash out in street in front of lot 91. (Concrete)
3- Cleasn all wash out in front of lot 99. (Stucco)
4- Clean wash out around lot 112. 2nd notice on this lot. (Stucco)
5- Clean wash out around lot 38. (Stucco)
Spoke to Tito and Jeff with Standard Pacific in regards to issues. Tito informed me K and K 882-7006 Stucco and Artistic Drywall 749-9565 are the contractors. Faxed copy of inspection to Tito at 294-2361.
04/24/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contractor needs to address:
1- Clean up wash out in front of lots 91 and 112. Wash out in front of lots 81 and 93 reached out into street.
2- Clean up run off from concrete wash out area.

03/20/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contacted Jeff with SPH in regards to concrete wash out in street (Osasuna and Vallecano) and drywall wash out infront of lot #105.
02/23/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Met on site with Jeff Kurtin w/ Standard Pacific homes, Mark Fisher w/ Borderland and Mark w/ Arcadis. Contractor will need to provide the City of Tucson with asbuilts of:
1- Elev. of northwest detention basin, including inlet and outlet elev.
2- Provide asbuilts on discharge piping on north side of project, include elev. on inlets and outlet for both road crossings.
3- Contractor will need to Rip Rap all slopes 3 to 1 and steeper.

01/25/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor installed fencing and waddle in area on north side of project. Per meeting on 1/20/06.
01/17/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Met on on site with Jeff Kurtin from SPH, Dave French and Mark Fisher from Borderland. Contractor needs to address area on northside of project that was cleared outside grading limits. Mark Fisher said he would contact Elizabeth Eberbach with the city on how to provide a premanent stabization.
01/11/2006 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Spoke to Dave French in regards to silt on streets and contractor cleaning and stockpliling outside grading limits on the north side of project. I told Dave with Borderland that they will need to provide permanent stabilization for this area. Also a new grading permit may be need for the stockpile outside the grading limits. I also spoke to Jeff Kurtin with SPH inregards to these issues.
12/16/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor to add protection to sidewalk scuppers and 2-48" pipes crossing road on northwest side of property.
Spoke to Jeff with SPH in regards to this and also basin being used for concrete wash out area.
12/05/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Contrator needs to reinstall stormwater controls around project. Spoke to Jeff with Standard Pacific Homes in regards to this. He said he will call Borderland to get them reinstalled.
11/16/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Partial Approval Contractor given copy of Stromwater Ordinance.
Items that need to be addressed:
1- Contractor needs to make some repairs to stormwater controls.
2- Contractor will need to stabilize all areas that have been disturbed outside garding limits.
3- Contractor needs to wet site down.

07/20/2005 STORMWATER FOLLOW-UP INSP Correction Required Talked to Justin Norton with Borderland. I explained to Justin that the silt fencing needs to be replaced on the northwest side of property next to wash. This area was disturbed by Borderland during construction and is a part of the SWPPP.
