02/06/2007 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Elizabeth set up meeting with Tucson Urban League, BFL and engineer. Went over what will be needed to approve final grading. Contractor will need to install rear lot drainage per the approved plans and supply survey data.
01/23/2007 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Met with Jim (488-6275) site super and Wayne project manager. Contractor gave me perk test, revised drawings for site. I explained Elizabeth will need to review and approve. Contractor completed items 1, 3, 8, 11, 13, 14, and 19. The only items left are 7, 9 and 12 need to get Elizabeth approval.
11/13/2006 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met on site with Mike Baruch with KB Homes went over installation of diversion berm along a portion of their property with the intention to help divert some potential stormwater away from the Tucson Urban League's project.
08/16/2006 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Contractor addressed items 2, 4, 5, 6, 15, 16, 17 and 18 on punch list. Contractor continues to work on remaining items.
08/02/2006 GRADING - FINAL Denied Punch list
1- Install driveway to lot H per the approved drawings.
2- Address erosion and stabilize area next to driveway, lot B.
3- Provide letter from engineer in regards to drainage ways and harvesting areas.
4- Address erosion and stabilize area next to driveway, lot F.
5- Have drainage piping installed for lot F approved by City Of Tucson.
6- Repair erosion around curb at intersection Euclid and 39th.
7- Have engineer address water harvesting areas holding water for more then 24 hours.
8- Contractor needs to stabilize cut behind lots F, E, D, C and B, also contractor can't use wooden fence to retain soil material.
9- Address flooding problem at lot F.
10- Fence on east side of lot F blocking existing flow.
11- Engineer needs to address existing flow from the south.
12- Provide drainage per the approved plan. (lot drainage)
13- Stop lot to lot flow.
14- Install sidewalk lot B. Per approved plan.
15- Repair erosion at end of sidewalk in front of lot F.
16- Move drain line out of right a way and onto lot F.
17- Address ponding and erosion around meter boxes lot F and E.
18- Cut rebar property corner level with ground. (sticking up 6")
19- Verify depth of water harvesting areas.
07/31/2006 GRADING - FINAL Denied Contractor needs to address flooding and erosion problem on site. Full punch list to be completed by 8/4/06.
