8/8/03 Complaint rec'd that subdivision was not enclosed by a wall and the alley access allowed "kids" to play / destoy the drainage area. Site plan of subdivision showed a "proposed wall" not required. The General notes of the approved site plan, Item #21 states: The private drainage easement, retention/detention easement will be maintained by the Homeowners Association". No zoning violation to address. Closing Case file. |
