P.O. in office, has a snow cone business (peddler's) with picnic tables - as the p.o. he did not believe he had to vacate the property daily. With Information from Pima County Health, he thought he could leave the large snow cone unit in place, open for business, until taking it to the County Fair and other events. LUC guidelines reviewed. P.O. to speak with Plans Review section for establishing a permanent establishment. |
