BUILDING: 6 APTS MENTIONED ABOVE HEAVILY FIRE AND WATER DAMAGED ROOF AREA OVER MENTIONED UNITS TO BE REPAIRED OR REDONE. ELECTRICAL: ALL WIRING IN ABOVE MENTION UNITS DAMAGED PLUMBING: WALL IN UNITS AFFECTED STILL STANDING COULD NOT VERIFY. MECHANICAL: UNITS IN 6 MENTIONED APTS DAMAGED TO BE REPLACED. SUMMARY: OWNER OF BUILDING TO OBTAIN SERVICES OF REGISTERED ARCHITECT TO REVIEW ALL DAMAGED AREAS PROVIDE PLANS FOR REPAIR TO DSC OBTAIN PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY.
