1.) Must remove the union in line and replace with right & left hand nipple.
2.) Must extend p & t drain & terminate 6" above grade.
3.) Must use single wall flu vent for vent connector to water htr.
4.) Must screw down water htr flu vent with (3) sheet metal screws pre joint.
5.) Must provide 2- 10 x 10 fresh air supply on water htr enclosure 12" above ground and 12" below ceiling.
6.) Must provide AGA or CSA gas shut off valves for all appliances.
7.) Have system under test 10lbs min@ time of inspection.
