INSPECTED COMPLEX AND FOUND THERE TO BE APPROXIMATELY 150 UNITS WITHOUT HOT WATER. MANAGEMENT HAS 2 UNITS SET UP FOR TENANTS TO TAKE SHOWERS. THEY HAVE POSTED UNITS INFORMING THE TENANTS OF THE FACILITY AVAILABLE. THERE IS ALSO A SIGN ON THE FRONT OFFICE DOOR INFORMING THE TENANTS. THE BOILER SYSTEM WAS BEING WORKED ON AS I WROTE THE NOTICE. THEY WERE GIVEN 5 DAYS TO HAVE THE SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING TO A SAFE AND OPERABLE CONDITION. FOLLOW UP ON FRIDAY THE 2ND OF JAN. 2004. |
