SITE VISIT I VIEWED UNIT, I DID NOT FIND ANY WATER ON CARPET. MAINT. DID WALK ME INSIDE UNIT WITH TENANT. THE TANK ON TOILET HAD A BROKEN FLOAT AND IT WAS REPLACED LAST WEEK, CARPET IS FINE. THERE ARE NO ODORS OR GRAY WATER ON ANY AREA OF FLOOR. PHOTOS TAKEN AT SITE. CLOSE CASE. INVALID |
