NO ONE WAS AT SITE, NO ANSWER AT DOOR. I DID CALL AHEAD OF TIME AND LEFT MESSAGE THAT DNR WOULD BE AT SITE TODAY. THE TENANT HAS NOT CALLED BACK. I DID LEAVE REQUEST FOR TENANT TO CALL DNR AND TOOK PICTURES AT SITE. I WENT TO MANAGER HERE, SIGN STATES- GO TO 1 N. UNIVERSITY BL #2101. CONTACT # IS (624-6764). PHOTO TAKEN OF LEASE SIGN. I CALLED OFFICE # AND I ASKED PERSON IF THEY KNEW OF THE ISSUES. THEY SAID, NO. BUT WILL CALL ME BACK WHEN MAIN. RETURNS. |
