WIRE AROUND THE PIPE. NO ONE WAS HOME AT TIME AND I DID REVIEW OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY. I FOUND THE FOLLOWING ISSUES THAT WILL REQUIRE A NOTICE TO OWNER. IMPROPER ELECT. OUTLETS/WIRES ON REAR AND SIDE OF UNIT. W/O PERMITS TO MAIN WATER LINE. (3) BROKEN WINDOWS, REAR DOOR ROTTED W/ HOLE IN DOOR. JUNKED STORED ON FRONT PORCH. NOTICE TO FOLLOW. PHOTOS WERE TAKEN AT SITE. NO SEWAGE FOUND AT SITE. IT WAS A WATER LINE REPAIR. WHAT TENANT THINKS IS WASTE IS CLEAN WATER. OWNER DID PUT OUT LIME? WHY (UNSURE). UNABLE TO CONTACT CALLER NO ANSWER ON PHONE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. NOTICE TO FOLLOW. |
