THE LARGE TREES IN FRONT AREA HAS A FEW LIMBS HANGING LOW. NONE WERE DEAD THAT I COULD SEE. THE BATHROOM LEAK HAS ALREADY BEEN REPAIRED. I DID FIND THAT THERE IS NO SMOKE DET. IN BEDROOMS. THE CRACKED TILE THE TENANT HAS IN QUESTION IS A CORNER SEAL (SEE PHOTO) THE REST OF THE UNIT IS FINE AND THERE IS NO OTHER CODE ISSUES. (REAR FENCE IS UNSTABLE). NOTICE TO FOLLOW |
