I DID FIND A MISSING OUTLET COVER OUTSIDE UNIT 3 (SEE PHOTOS). WHEN I ENETERED UNIT 5 GATE I FOUND IT ROTTED AND UNSTABLE (SEE PHOTO). THERE ARE FIVE UNITS AT SITE, THEY ARE KEPT VERY WELL (IE). WINDOWS, DOORS, PAINT-ROOF, LOT OKAY- INSIDE UNIT THE FOLLOWING WAS FOUND, MAIN HEATING SYSTEM NOT ON OR WORKING. TENANT USING TEMP-HEATER (SEE PHOTO). PEELING PAINT ON BEDROOM WALLS, ROACHES IN KITCHEN. TOILET TANK BASE LOOSE, SOME PLASTER WATER DAMAGE IN BATHROOM. (SEE PHOTOS) REAR DOOR MISSING REQUIRED WEATHER SEALS. THIS IS A SMALL (1) BEDROOM UNIT. THERE ARE SOME MIN. HOUSING ISSUES AT SITE. TENANT STATED THEY HAVE NOT PAID RENT IN TWO MONTHS. NOTICE TO FOLLOW. NO SMOKE DET. IN BEDROOM. NO ELECT. OUTLET SPARKS - INSPECTED. OVERHEAD LIGHT SOCKET BURNED. (OLDER LIGHT).
