TENANT WAS NOT AT SITE TO REVIEW UNIT. I DID SPEAK TO MANAGER AT SITE AND HE DID SAY THERE WAS A WATER LEAK LAST MONTH BUT SINCE THEN HAS BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANAGER WAS UNSURE TO ROACHES, BECAUSE UNITS ARE SPRAYED ONCE A MONTH. I WILL FU WHEN TENANT CALLS BACK. UNIT WAS POSTED AND PHOTOS TAKEN. |
