TENANT WAS NOT AT SITE, I DID CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGE ON HER PHONE AND POSTED UNIT WITH TENANT LETTER (PHOTO TAKEN). I DID REVIEW LOT AND BUILDINGS, INCLUDING ELECT. GAS SYSTEMS, NO ISSUES WERE FOUND AT THIS TIME. I DID FIND A BLOCK WALL CORNER BROKEN NEXT DOOR TO PROPERTY. A LETTER HAS BEEN POSTED. PENDING TENANT CALL BACK TO DNR. |
