EXPLAINED TO OWNER ORIGENAL INPECTOR WAS NO LONGER WITH DEPT & APPLOGIZED FOR THE LONG TIME FRAME BETWEEN INSPECTION. AFTER SOME CONVERATION & EXPLAINTION OF WHAT INSPECTION WOULD COVER, OWNER ALLOWED US TO DO AN INSPECTION OF ALL STRUCTURES EXTERIORS. MIN-HOUSING ISSUES WERE FOUND & ARE AS FOLLOWS.
