UNIT 311 (A & B) AT ONE TIME WAS A SINGLE UNIT, UNIT B DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED REAR DOOR LIKE ALL THE OTHER UNITS AT SITE, BY INSPECTING THE ROOF TOP I FOUND (1) COOLER IN THE CENTER OF BUILDING, ALSO STATING IT WAS ONCE (1) UNIT . THE CURREN TENANT IN (B) USING AN A/C UNIT IN WINDOW, BY INSPECTING THE POWER METER AND GAS METER, I CAN SEE WHERE THESE ITEMS WERE ADDED LATER AND SPLIT UP. THE UNITS DO HAVE ELECT AND GAS METERS FOR EACH AND THE ELECT SERVICE HAS A VERY NEW UP-GRADE, THE SERVICE TO UNIT B IS UNDERGROUND AND FOR SURE ADDED LATER. THIS CASE WILL REQUIRE MUCH RESEARCH AND REF. TO DSD LATER ON . PHOTO'S WERE TAKEN AT SITE, WITH CASE FILE. RESEARCH.
