10/23/2003 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Correction Required SITE VISIT I MET MANAGER AT UNIT #8, UNIT #8 IS A PRIVATE OWNER - AT THIS TIME THE MANAGER STATES OWNER OF TRAILER IS IN U OF A HOSPITAL. AFTER REVIEWING THE TRAILER. I FOUND THAT THE MAIN SEWER CONNECTION IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN SYSTEM ALLOWING WASTE TO POOL IN AN AREA OF 4' X 6' SECTION OF THE SIDE YARD THE MAIN WATER SUPPLY TO THE UNIT WAS ALSO FOUND BROKEN AND LEAKING LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER INTO THE SAME POOL OF SEWER WASTE. THE WATER BREAK IS WITHIN 12" OF THE SEWER WASTE WATER. I HAD MANAGER AT SITE TURN OFF WATER TO UNIT. ALSO NOTE THAT THERE IS OTHER ISSUES INCLUDING SPLICED ELECTRICAL CORDS OUTLET AND ELECT. WIRES NOT PROTECTED IN AND AROUND UNIT. THE OUSTIDE WALLS ARE ROTTED, INCLUDING THE ROOF, I FOUND (3) BROKEN WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE NOT SECURED WELL, I DID SEE INSIDE REAR DOOR WINDOW, NOTE THAT THERE IS ALOT OF PERSONAL ITEMS INSIDE. (IE)T.V. RADIOS, OTHER, MANAGER HAS BEGUN TO SECURE UNIT, AFTER SPEAKING TO MANAGER I COULD NOT GET ANY CONTACT NUMBERS A THIS TIME. YET A FRIEND OF OWNER OF UNIT #8 WILL GIVE MY CARD TO OWNER TO CONTACT ME ASAP. UNIT HAS BEEN SHUT-DOWN AND MUST BE RE-INSPECTED BEFORE ANYONE CAN MOVE BACK-IN. NOTICE GIVEN TO MANAGER AT SITE AND POSTED ON DOOR. PHOTOS TAKEN.
