THE TENANT THOUGHT I WAS FROM SEC. 8, SHE HAS LETTER FROM SEC. 8 STATING AN INSPECTION IS COMING UP. I DID INSPECT WATER-IT IS VERY WARM ABOUT 75-80 DEGREES, DOES NOT BURN HAND AT ALL. TENANT IS ON A CENTRAL BOILER SYSTEM AND IS THE LAST UNIT (KEN MCDONALD) FROM SEC 8 HAS INSPECTED UNIT AND IS AWARE I WILL REF. CASE TO SEC 8. OR REVIEW CASE STAT. WITH SEC 8 OFFICE TODAY. DNR AND COT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO COVER, DUE TO FEDERAL HOUSING (IE) SECTION 8. NO PHOTOS TAKEN, NOT REQUIRED.
