MET WITH TEP ON SITE. 2 UNITS WERE WITHOUT POWER. 216 WAS TAKING POWER FROM 115. 121 WAS TAKING POWER FROM 113. BOTH UNITS WERE POSTED UNFIT TO OCCUPY UNTIL UTILITIES WERE RESTORED. THE INVESTIGATOR FROM TEP GAVE THE TENANTS NUMBERS TO GET HELP WITH THEIR ELECTRIC BILL.F/U ON 10/13/03. |
