10/10/2003 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Correction Required 10/9/03, VISITED SITE, TOOK PICTURES, MET WITH RESIDENT TREASA WHO STATED THAT THEY DID FIX THE PLUMBING PROBLEMS, DID FLUSH TIOLET SEVERAL TIMES AND FOUND NO PROBLEM WITH FLUSHING, TALKED WITH RESIDENT AND SHE HAD STATED THAT ALSO SHE IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SOME OF HER ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, WORN AND NOT HOLDING PLUGS AND HAVING TO WIGGLE PLUG TO MAKE WORK, ALSO FOUND BATH EXHAUST FAN NOT OPERATING PROPERLY, WENT TO OFFICE AND TALKED WITH LEASING AGENT (MGMT OUT) EXPLAINED ISSUES, HIWETT LEASING AGENT DID EXPLAIN THAT THEY DID HAVE 2 COMPANIES OUT TO MAKE REPAIRS TO SEWER LINE AND IS FINE NOW I AGREED, ALSO I RECIEVED COPY OF INVOICE FROM ROTO-ROOTER, IN PACKET, I ALSO EXPLAINED ABOUT LOOSE AND WORN CONVIENCE OUTLETS IT WOULD REQUIRE GFCI'S TO BE INSTALLED IN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM, ANY WHERE THAT A CONVIENCE OUTLET IS LOCATED WITHIN 6' OF ANY PLUMBING FIXTURE, AND BATH EXHAUST FAN IS IN NEED OF REPAIR, HAND DELIVERED N.O. ON SITE
