INSPECTION CONDUCTED. FOUND POOL GREEN AND DIRTY. THE OUTSIDE ELECTRIC LIGHT FALLING OFF THE UNIT, COVER PLATE MISSING ON RECEPTACLE, GARBABE DISPOSAL FELL OFF UNDER SINK LEAVING TENANTS UNABLE TO USE KITCHEN SINK. NOV TO GO OUT. CONTACTED MANAGEMENT ON 9/29/03 TO REQUEST THE KITCHEN SINK TO BE FIXED. MANAGEMENT AGREED TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. |
