CONVENIENCE OUTLET MISSING COVER PLATE, TROY ALSO STATED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING W/WATER CO. AND IS TO BE TURNED BACK ON TOMORROW - 10/15/03 AM. UNIT A HAS BOARDED WINDOW IN BEDROOM, HAS ENCLOSED BACK ROOM ADDITION WITH ELECTRIC. EXPOSED WIRING ON FORNT PORCH LIGHT, TRASH AND DEBRIS SCATTERED ABOUT YARDS, ELECTRIC PANEL BOX IS PAD LOCKED, NO KEY, ALSO FRANK STATED ELECTRICIAN WILL BE THERE TOMORROW 10/15/03. TO DO ELECTRICAL WORK. GAVE FRANK A CARD TO HAVE ELECTRICIAN CALL ME TO FIND OUT WHAT WORK IS TO BE DONE. TROY STATED THAT THEY HAVE NOT OTHER PROBLEMS. POSTED BOTH UNITS A & B UNSAFE TO OCCUPY DUE TO LACK OF WATER. DONE NO OTHER ISSUES.

TALKED WITH SHIELA RESIDENT OF UNIT B, STATED SHE HAD UNTIL NOV. 17 TO BE OUT. STARTING TO GET DARK OUT, SHIELA HAS 3 UNREGISTERED CARS ON PROPERTY, ALOT OF TRASH, DEBRIS EVERYWHERE, STATED SHE IS A COLLECTOR BUYS AND SELLS, WENT INTO HER UNIT, FULL OF TRASH & DEBRIS. NEEDED TO WALK SIDEWAYS, EGRESS OPEN BARELY, WINDOWS IN BEDROOM OPEN, COULD ONLY DO INSPEC. ON WHAT WAS VISIBLE DUE TO DEBRIS, UNIT HAS NO SMOKE DETECTORS. TPD HAS ISSUED CITATION OR TICKET ON VEHICLES (MORKEN (36815) DID SEE WHERE CUPBOARDS ARE FALLING IN KITCHEN, BATH HAS CONCRETE WALLS AND PAINT IS PEELING BARE, MISSING SHOWER HANDLES, ROOF LEAKS IN BATH. BATH DOOR JAMB BROKEN, TOILET HAS WASTE, RESIDENT HAS 6 DOGS, ENCLOSED BACKROOM WITH ELECTRIC, HOT WATER TANK IN S.W. CORNER, SO MUCH TRASH AND DEBRIS YOU CAN NOT EVEN GET TO TANK. BACK YARD FULL OF TRASH AND DEBRIS.

RICK INSPECTED PROPERTY FOR COMPLIANCE FOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLY. JESS CRAIG OUT ON LEAVE TODAY. FOUND SUPPLY RESTORED. WATER WAS OFF AND TENANT STATED THAT WATER DEPT WAS TO RESTORE THIS DAY. RICK STATED A FOLLOW UP WOULD BE CONDUCTED ON TUESDAY BY ORIGINAL INSPECTOR AND TO KEEP HIM INFORMED.
