THE POWER WAS RESTORED IN THE OWNERS NAME, THE TENANTS AT THIS TIME DO HAVE THE REQUIRED ELECT. SERVICE. AT SITE THE UNITS WERE POSTED WITH A 24 HOUR NOV TO RESTORE POWER. ABATED.
