LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE CRUMBLING, PATIO DECK SITS APPROXIMATELY 3" LOWER THAN DWELLING FLOOR, SLIDING GLASS DOOR BOTTOM TRACK IS CONNECTED TO PATIO FLOOR FRONT DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY DUE TO STRUCTURE SETTLING, HITS AT TOP RIGHT CORNER, OWNER'S STATE THEY CANNOT DO WORK HAS TO BE DONE BY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION. THEY COLLECT 3 BIDS. (MONACO HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, 571-7400 RICHARD) CALLED MONACO HOME OWNER'S ASSOCIATION AND TALKED WITH RICHARD WHO STATED THAT "YES" HE IS AWARE OF ISSUE ON STRUCTURE SETTLING, ALSO STATED HE IS IN PROCESS OF GETTING BIDS FOR REPAIRS, HE HAS TO TAKE THIS TO THE BOARD FOR APPROVAL.
