MET WITH TENANT OF UNIT B FOUND NOT WATER TO ANY INDOOR FACILITIES. ONLY SINGLE TEMP. HOSE BIB INSTALLED BY OWNER. PLUMB PLUMBING IN PROCESS OF REPLACING ALL MAIN WATER AND GAS LINES. NO PERMITS ON RECORD. INFORMED CONTRACTOR A PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE OBTAINED FOR ALL 3 UNITS GAS AND WATER LINE REPLACEMENTS. CONTRACTOR WOULD PULL REQUIRED PERMITS TOMORROW. CONTACTED JUDY KIDNEY (TRAVELERS AID) FOR PLACEMENT OF TENANTS IN ALL 3 UNITS. TENATS IN UNIT A REFUSED PLACEMENT AND WILL BE STAYING WITH FRIENDS. TENANTS IN UNITS B&C ACCEPTED PLACEMENT. OWNER WAS VERY COOPERATIVE WITH INSPECTORS AND WAS INFORMED THAT A MIN-HSG INSPECTION WILL BE NECESSARY ON ALL 3 UNITS AFTER WATER AND GAS IS RESTORED TO ALL 3 UNITS. AT THIS TIME ALL 3 UNITS HAVE BEEN DEEMED UNSAFE TO OCCUPY DUE TO LACK OF REQUIRED WATER AND GAS UTILITIES. OWNER PUT ON NOTICE. A FULL INSPECTION TO BE DONE OF PROPERTY AFTER UTILITIES ARE RESTORED. SEE PICTURES. SEND NOTICE.
