CALLED AND TALKED WITH DWEAN BELL OWNER, DEAN STATED HE THOUGHT HE DID HAVE IT DONE, I EXPLAINED TO DEAN AND ALSO SHOWED DEAN FROM NOTICE AND ORDER PROPERTY HAD TO BE CLEANED UP, HE DID REMOVE STRUCTURE THAT WAS LEFT THERE FROM PREVIOUS DEMO, DEAN STATED THAT HE WOULD HAVE PROPERTY CLEANED BY FRIDAY 4/2/04, I DID GIVE EXTENSION UNTIL 4/2, I ALSO EXPLAINED TO DEAN THAT IF NOT DONE WOULD GO INTO CITATION, HE STATED HE UNDERSTOOD. F/U 4/2/04.
03/26/2004 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required CALLED AND MET W/DEAN BELL OWNER ON SITE. DEAN DID REMOVE STRUCTURE THAT WAS REMAINING LEFT PIPE, 4" CAST IRON STICKING UP OUT OF GROUND, BLOCK WALL STILL STANDS. WEAK IN SOME AREAS, DEAN STATED HE WILL HAVE ALL OF PROPERTY CLEANED, WEEDS CUT, BLOCK WALL WHERE WEAK REMOVED BY NEXT FRIDAY 4/02/04. DID GRANT 7 DAYS TO ABATE. DEAN KNOWS IF NOT DONE BY 04/2/04 WILL GO INTO CITATION.
