THE ROOF COATING IS BEING RE-APPLIED. THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS BEING PAINTED. ALL THE ROTTED WOOD ON THE FASCIA, STAIRS, DECKS AND PORCHES HAVE BEEN REPLACED. ALL NEW SMOKE DETECTORS IN EVERY UNIT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. NEW LANDSCAPING IS IN PLACE. ALL WATER LEAKS HAVE BEEN REPAIRED. ALL FURNACE FILTERS HAVE BEEN REPLACED. 01/06/2004 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required ANOTHER COMPLAINT CAME IN ABOUT THE PIGEONS. I CONTACTE ZONING AGAIN AND THEY SENT THE OCCUPANT AND MANAGEMENT A LETTER. 09/23/2003 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required THE MANAGEMENT POSTED A LETTER AND NOTICE AN THE DOORS OF ALL THE TENANTS OVER THE WEEKEND, THAT HAD NOT HAD THEIR UNIT INSPECTED YET. ON THE 22ND OF SEPTEMBER, TENANTS STARTED CALLIN IN AND SCHEDULING AN INSPECTION. I WAS ABLE TO INSPECT 10 UNITS SO FAR TODAY AND HAVE 4 MORE SCHEDULED STARTING AT 3:30 P.M. TODAY. SOME WILL HAVE TO BE DONE AFTER 5:00P.M. SINCE PEOPLE WORK AND ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE OFF WORK. UNITS 107, 109, 112, 113, 115, 205, 208, 210, 211 WERE INSPECTED TODAY. UNITS 201, 202, 209, 215 ARE SCHEDULED STARTING AT 3:30 TODAY.
09/11/2003 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required 5 MORE UNITS WERE INSPECTED ON 9/10/03. APPROXIMATELY 35 UNITS STILL NEED INSPECTED. A WARRANT WILL NEED TO BE OBTAINED TO ENTER THE REMAINING UNITS.
