ALSO FOUND WEST GATE LATCH ASSEMBLY HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND WILL NOT ALLLOW LATCH TO CLOSE & SECURE ENTRY INTO POOL. INSTALLED CHAIN & LOCK TO SECURE ENTRY THROUGH BOTH GATES, WILL ISSUE N.O.V. AND ALLOW 30 DAYS TO ABATE. ALSO CHECKED FOR EXPOSED WIRES. FOUND EXPOSED ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS (ROMEX) WITH EXPOSED CONECTION ABOVE GROUND AT 3 LIGHT POLES IN POOL AREA. FURTHER INSPECTION OF PANELS FOUND SEVERAL SECTION ANCHORED TO WOOD STRUCTURE ARE LOOSE AND 1-PANEL ON EASTSIDE HAS BROKEN LOOSE FROM SUPPORT POST. NO PICTURES WERE TAKEN AT THIS TIME. WILL RETURN TO TAKE PICTURES WHEN ISSUING HAND DELIVERED NOTICE.

ISSUED NOV & HAND DELIVERED TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.30 DAYS WERE GIVEN FOR ABATEMENT. DO 30 DAY FOLLOW.
