SMOKE DETECTOR NOT WORKING. GUARD RAILING LOOSE ON SOUTH END OF LANDING OUTSIDE OF UNIT 112 & 111. ATTEMPTED CONTACT WITH APT. 111 NO ONE HOME LEFT CARD & REQUESTED CALL FOR SCHEDULING OF INSPECTION. LAUNDRY ROOM: 1) LIGHT FIXTURE LACKING COVERS FOR FLUORESCENT BULBS & HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL, ILLEGALLY SPLICED ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR FOR WALL LIGHT FIXTURE. |
