TENANT MOVED IN ON 06/2003 EVICTION NOTICE WAS ISSUED TO TENANT ON 7/8/03 FOR LACK OF PAYMENT. TENANT ALSO SIGNED AN AGREEMENT TO CONDITIONS OF APT. VERIFIED BY APT INSPECTION REPORT FORM COPY.
TENANT NOT HOME, ENTRY ALLOWED BY VISITING FRIEND. SMOKE DETECTOR WAS FOUND DISCONNECTED. PIPES IN BATHROOM WERE CHECKED, NO NOISES WERE APPARENT. ALL PAINTED SURFACES WERE IN GOOD SHAPE AS WAS CARPET. STOVE WAS FOUND DISMANTLED, ACCORDING TO VISITOR, STOVE WAS WORKING & TENANT HAD DISMANTLED STOVE. COMPLAINT TO DNR WAS DONE ON 7/28/03 AND WORK ORDER REQUEST WQS SUBMITTED ON 7/29/03 BY TENANT. TENANT MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO ALLOW MAINTENANCE TO ENTER APT & RECONNECT SMOKE DETECTOR & REPAIR STOVE DISMANTLED BY TENANT. COMPLAINT INVALID. CLOSE CASE.
