SITE VISIT THE TENANT WAS NOT HOME, I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE TENANT ABOUT THE COOLING SYSTEM, THERE IS A NEWER UNIT ON TOP THE UNIT AND IS RUNNING WELL, WATER LINES OK, THE TENANT IS UPSET DUE TO THE RENT RISE OVER A NEW A/C SYSTEM INSTEAD OF COOLERS, OF $ 35.00 MORE A MONTH, I TOLD THE MALE TENANT THAT WE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AND TO CALL LEGAL AID.THE COOLER IS WORKING WELL, THE MAINT. PEOPLE WILL CHECK IT AGAIN OVER THE WEEKEND............TENANT THINKS PLACEMENT OF UNIT IS WRONG, THE UNIT IS ON THE ROOF AND FREE AND CLEAR, DID REVIEW WITH HECTOR LOPEZ....NO NOV. |
