TUB FILLS WITH RAW SEWAGE DUE TOO DRAIN BLOCKAGE, TENANT TAKES SHOWERS OUTDOORS, LARGE AMOUNTS OF ROACHES AND INSECTS FOUND INSIDE ALL ROOMS OF THE UNIT, ELECT. HAZARDS OR IMPROPER AND HAZARDOUS USE OF DROP CORDS FOUND IN EVERY ROOM, ALL ROOMS MISSING ELECT. COVER PLATES, KITCHEN DRAIN SYSTEM MISSING AND DRAINING WATER INTO A BUCKET, THE ROOF IS ROTTON AND LEAKING, THE UNIT DOES NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED COOLING SYSTEM TO COOL ONE GIVEN ROOM, FRONT DOOR LOCKS BROKEN AND MISSING, NO WEATHER SEALS ON ALL DOORS AND ALL WINDOWS, THE WOOD FRAMES TO THE WINDOWS ARE ROTTON CAUSING GLASS TO SLIDE OUT OF FRAME, ALL WOOD TRIM ON OUTSIDE OF UNIT IS PEELING PANT AND SOME WHAT ROTTON. NO SMOKE DET. FOUND IN NOT ONE ROOM. IMPROPER USE OF DROP CORDS AND SPLICED WIRES TO THE WASHER AND DRYER AND ICEBOX., BARE ELECT WAS FOUND IN THE DINNING AND HALL WAY ROOMS, BREAKER TURNED OFF, AND CORDS REMOVED AT SITE.PLASTER HAS FALLEN AWAY FROM THE WALL IN THE KITCHEN.HOT WATER HEATER INSTALLED IMPROPER AND W/O PERMITS. REF TO DSD MADE.KITCHEN AND BATHROOM FLOORS TILE BROKEN AND MISSING.SHOWER CONTROLS MISSING AND OR BROKEN---MORE NOTES PENDING.
