DUE TO CALL FROM UNIT 212, STATING NO COOLING AND NO HOT WATER, VISITED UNIT 212 AND FOUND THAT COOLING WAS DOWN AGAIN AND FOUND NO HOT WATER TO THAT COMPLETE BUILDING, WALKED BOTH BUILDING NORTH AND SOUTH, CEILING TILES MISSING ON BOTH BUILDINGS, FIRE EXIT DOORS OPEN AND SOME DO NOT CLOSE AND OR SECURE, SOUTH BUILDING HOTER THAN NORTH, NORTH BUILDING 5TH FLOOR HAS SMOKE DETECTOR MISSING WITH EXPOSED WIRING, ALSO WAS INVITED INTO UNIT 165 WHERE RESIDENT SHOWED A CEILING LEAK IN BATHROOM SHOWER AREA, STATED THAT THIS HAS BEEN LEAKING FROM THE TIME HE MOVE IN (MARCH), ALSO SHOWED AIR FILTER TO AIR HANDLER WAS DIRTY. WENT TO OFFICE AND TALKED WITH JUDY (MANAGER) JUDY STATED THAT THEY DID HAVE A PLUMBING PROBLEM AND THAT A CONTRACTOR HAS BEEN CONTACTED (BERT'S PLUMBING) AND CONTRACTOR STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT GET OUT ON 10/7 TO MAKE REPAIRS BUT WOULD BE OUT ON 10/8/03 AM TO MAKE REPAIRS, ALSO TALKED ABOUT THE COOLING ISSUE AND JUDY STATED THAT WHERE THE SETTINGS ARE SET AT MUST HAVE SHUT COOLING DOWN, ASK IF COULD BE RESET AND I WAS TOLD TO TALK TO DAWN REGIONAL MANAGER, I EXPLAINED TO JUDY (MANAGER) I WOULD BE DOING A NOTICE AND ORDER FOR NO COOLING, NO HOT WATER, ALSO MISSING SMOKE DETECTOR AND EXPOSED WIRES, LEAK IN UNIT 165 SHOWER CEILING, JUDY HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT ISSUES AND IS AWARE. WILL HAND DELIVER N.O. ON 10/8/03. ALSO WILL CALL DAWN AND SEE IF COOLING CAN BE OR HAS BEEN CORRECTED.
