SITE VISIT I WAITED AT SITE FOR THE TENANT, I DID FIND THAT THERE IS PROOF OF WATER LEAKING IN AND AROUND THE BEDROOM WINDOW, MUST BE COMING FROM THE ROOF, AND THE A/C SYSTEM WILL NEED LIGHT MAINT. NOV OUT. |
