VISITED SITE MET WITH TENANT, TENANT WAS CONCERENED ABOUT FLUE VENT CONECTION RAPPED WITH NON FRAYED JOINT WRAP, WAS TOLD BY FATHER THAT ACOUSTIC SPRAY ON WALL AND JOINT WRAP CONTAINED RAW ABESTO. CHECKED JOINT WRAP & ACOUSTIC CEILING SPRAY. ALL ACOUSTIC HAS BEEN ENCAPSULATED WITH PAINT & WRAP IS NOT IN A FRAYED CONDITION. DETECTION OF ABESTO WOULD REQUIRED TESTING. EXPLAINED TO TENANT AS LONG METERAILS WERE NOT DISTURBED THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEMS. INVALID COMPLAINT. CLOSE CASE |
