4/10/03, VISITED SITE, N.O.H., LEFT CARD, WENT TO OFFICE TALKED WITH JUDITH (MGMT), AND SHE STATED THAT SHE IS FAMILIAR WITH THIS RESIDENT AND SHE IS A PROBLEM RESIDENT HAS BROKEN SAME WINDOW 3 TIMES, HAS HAD POLICE OUT TO HER FOR RUNAWAYS, AND UNDERAGE TEENS, I EXPLAINED TO JUDITH THAT STILL THESE ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AND THAT THEY WILL NEED TO REPLACE WINDOW EVEN IF SHE CHARGED IT BACK TO RESIDENT, AND THAT I DID NOT YET GET A CHANCE TO DO INSP. SHE COULD HAVE MAINT. GO AND MAKE REPAIRS BEFORE I DO INSP. SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD HAVE MAINT. GO AND DO REPAIRS ON MONDAY 4/14/03, I'M WAITING FOR CONTACT WITH RESIDENT. |
