FRONT YARD HAS FENCE AS SECURITY FOR CAMPER. FENCE IS MADE OF LARGE PEICES OF PLYWOOD. 03/11/03: AFTER DISCUSSION OVER PHONE TO PROSECUTORS & INTERNALLY AT DNR, DECISION WAS TO E-MAIL PICTURES TO PROSECUTORS OFFICE FOR EVALUATION. VIOLA, RANKIN AND GIOIA ALL PARTICIPATED IN INTERACTION VIA E-MAIL. THE CONCERN FROM THIS DEPARTMENT WAS THAT THIS WAS A REF FROM KATHY DIXION OF WARD OFFICE AND THAT THE CODE TO BE UTILIZED WAS NEW AS PART OF THE NPO.
