4/3/03, VISITED SITE, TOOK PICTURES, MET WITH RESIDENT ROXANNE AND SHE HAD SHOWED ME WHERE CEILING HAD SOME CRACKS IN IT, CRACKS ARE STRESS CRACKS FROM BUILDING SETTLEING, NOT OF MAJOR SIZE, ALSO COULD SEE NAIL HEADS COMMING THROUGH DRYWALL, THIS IS NOT OF ISSUE HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION OF BUILDINGS. NO ISSUES CLOSE CASE. |
