PEOPLE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE UNIT FOR REPAIRS TO THE TILE, DUE TOO HER PENDING COURT CASE WITH OWNERS, I DID STATE THAT IF THE CITY REQUEST ITEMS TO BE REPAIRED YOU WILL HAVE TO LET THEM IN TO ABATED ALL ITEMS THAT THE CITY REQUESTED BE DONE, TENANT STATED NO, FENCE HAS BEEN ABATED, DOOR JAM IS SECURED, OUTLET ABATED. THE TILE WILL NEED TO BE A NEW ISSUE AND AND NEW NOTICE AND ORDER WILL FOLLOW.
05/05/2003 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Not ready for Inspection TENANT CALLED AGAIN TODAY, STATES SHE'S GOING TO SUE THE LANDLORD AGAIN AND NEEDS OUR HELP, I DID TELL HER THAT WAS A CIVIL MATTER BETWEEN HER AND THE LANDLORD, SHE STATED THAT SHE GOT HER FOOT STUCK IN THE GLUE ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR AND FELL AND HURT HERSELF, SHE STATED THAT THE TILES ARE LIFTING NOW, AT THE INSPECTION THIS WAS NOT AN ISSUE, PENDING NOV RETURN FOR F/U OF CASE. 04/09/2003 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required TENANT CALLED TODAY STATED THAT THERE IS NEW PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIT, AT SITE SHE HAD MANY ITEMS SHE THOUGHT WERE NOT TO CODE, THESE ITEMS WE DO NOT COVER, (IE) STOVE DIRTY, FLOOR DIRTY WITH GLUE, DIRTY CARPETS, SCREENS,, I DID FIND THAT THE UNIT WILL NEED A NEW DOOR JAM, TENANT STATED THAT IT WAS KICKED IN JUST YESTERDAY, THERE IS MINOR DEAD PLANTS ON SIDE OF BUILDING THAT WILL NEED REMOVED, SOME OF THE TWO FOOT HIGH FENCE WILL NEED TO BE STABLE IN SOME PLACES, CARS PARKING THERE ARE HITTING FENCE. TENANT STATED THAT SHE WAS GOING TO MOVE, VERY ANGRY AT THE LANDLORD.
