3/26/03, VISITED SITE, TOOK PICTURES, MET WITH RESIDENTS ON SITE, THEY STATED THAT THEY HAVE A ROOF LEAK, DID SEE SOME SIGNS OF LEAKAGE, TALKED WITH MGMT. AT OPFFICE (SHERRI) SHE HAD STATED THAT THE ROOF HAS BEEN REPAIRED ON THE 25TH BY OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS SIERRA'S ROOFING, DID GET A COPY OF THE INVOICE WHICH STATES THAT REPAIRS WERE MADE ON 3/25 INVOICE IN FILE WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED, CLOSE CASE. |
